Ultimately, the home we purchased was sold to us because Jeff made an excellent offer in a very strategically timely fashion. He negotiated excellent terms for us when it came time to do inspections and some minor/medium repairs to make the house move-in ready. Ultimately, the process of getting us to closing day was smooth and Jeff made the mountains of paperwork feel like a breeze. Since my brother and I both work full-time jobs, there were many times that Jeff visited the house to meet with inspectors/contractors, etc, on our behalf.
