We could not have asked for someone better than Jeff to help us buy our first home. My brother and I approached Jeff with the idea of purchasing an investment home that we would also live in for a few years while working in Denver and were very new to the process of home buying. Jeff provided us with above-and-beyond conversations on what would be good strategies. His intimate knowledge of the Denver market as well as experience in investment home purchasing was exactly the expertise we needed to give us confidence to move forward. Once we decided to start shopping, Jeff helped us connect with an excellent lender with whom he seamlessly communicated with to make sure everything was in place when we were ready to make an offer. We began shopping during the “covid housing boom,” so Jeff had to help manage our expectations about what we should/shouldn’t pay for a house and did a great job of protecting us from making any irrational decisions “just to get into a house.” He must have taken us to dozens of home showings over the course of several months as we patiently waited for the perfect opportunity. Ultimately, the home we purchased was sold to us because Jeff made an excellent offer in a very strategically timely fashion. He negotiated excellent terms for us when it came time to do inspections and some minor/medium repairs to make the house move-in ready. Ultimately, the process of getting us to closing day was smooth and Jeff made the mountains of paperwork feel like a breeze. Since my brother and I both work full-time jobs, there were many times that Jeff visited the house to meet with inspectors/contractors, etc, on our behalf.
I cannot imagine having made it to the finish line without Jeff’s help. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He went above and beyond and had our back throughout the process!
